Newsletter - 25 March 2008
Jazz Exams - These will take place on 23 June this year. Entry forms have been given out some
time ago. Entries are due into me by Wednesday 2 April.
Watching Days - The watching das for April will be 31 March and 1-4 April.
As I will be away examining in Malaysia on 5 April, I have decided not to have parents in to watch Pre-Primary &
Primary. There was a lot of disruption to Saturday classes last time and I feel it is unfair to ask the young teachers takings
classes in my absence to have to cope with this. We will tr it again in May and hopefully it will work better then.
Please all remember that there can be adults only watching and you must stay in the studio for the whole lesson and not
come in late or leave early.
School Holidays - There will be classes as normal on Saturday 19 April. The studio will then
close for the school holidays. It will re-open with classes at normal times on Monday 5 May.
The only change to the timetable for Term Two is that Levels 1 & 2 Hip Hop will combine and be held at 5 pm on a
Monday. There are now two teachers in the class.
Tour to Malaysia - I leave for Malaysia on 5 April where I will be examining for the Roal
Academy of Dancing. Classes will continue as normal in my absence. Please support the teachers who are taking my classes -
they have been preparing for these classes for some time now.
There will be no private lessons with me from the 5th April through to the end of the term - Sarsha's private lessons
continue as normal.
